Note:
Unless
you are informed otherwise on your confirmation e-mail. Some hotels have
policies that are not the same as the above table and therefore it is in your
interest to pay very careful attention to any information we pass on to your
about this matter if your think that these policies may apply to your booking. |
Extension of stay
Be sure to make your reservation for the full duration of
your stay. If your do need to extend your booking after arrival, you will
need to contact our reservation office as the hotel will not offer you these
discount prices (Hotel will charge your full walk-in rates).Shortening
your stay
We would love to be as flexible as we can regarding this
issue. However, as an agent, we have to abide by the individual hotel
policies regarding refunds. Essentially, if the hotel charge you for the
night you cancelled, we do too. If the hotel does not charge you, neither
do we and we will refund the amount to you less 5% administration charge.
You must cancel the unwanted room night with us as well as the hotel
receptionist or you will not receive your refund if applicable.
No Show
If, for any reason you don't utilized your reservation and
fail to contact us to cancel it, we do not refund any monies pertaining to said
booking. The reason for this is that as far as the hotel is concerned the
room is booked and they cannot let anyone else occupy it, in case you
arrival. Thus the room is held, un-occupied, until they are notified
otherwise.
